Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 2–3 days of receiving the item.
  • Returns will not be accepted for Gift cards, Customized or personalized products, & Sale items or products marked as non-returnable.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • After review, we will provide return instructions.
  • Items must be shipped back using a trackable shipping method or with shipping insurance.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective or damaged.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for Perishable goods (if any), Custom-made or personalized items, Products not in original condition or packaging, Items damaged due to misuse or negligence, & Sale or discounted products.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 2–3 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos or videos of the damage for verification.
  • Upon confirmation, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.

7. Exchanges

8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Cancellation Policy

At Anjrich, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, please review the guidelines below.

1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at contact@anjrich.com or +91 73851 13560.
  • After 24 hours, the order will begin processing and cancellation may no longer be possible.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled, but you may return the item once received, as per our return policy.

2. Cancellation Fees

  • No cancellation fee will be charged if the request is made within 24 hours.
  • If the cancellation is requested after 24 hours and the order has started processing, a processing fee may apply.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 2–3 business days.
  • If the order was already shipped at the time of cancellation, shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you are canceling an order due to receiving a damaged or defective item, contact us within 2–3 days of delivery. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
